Good bank, simple and easy, no issues within the 6 years of banking with them

It's just a bank. The only reason I went here was it was the nearest cash point. Two outside cashpoints and they both worked. Well done Natwest for having two working cash machines next to me when I felt the need for cash.

Good bank with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to help with any issues. Machines for transactions, paying in, and withdrawals are all easy to use and well maintained.

I would give it 5* if there was a way of paying in cheques outside of bank hours - they removed the old lobby - so now you can only access this machine when the bank is open.

When you are late, they cancel the appointment, however, when they are running late, you have to wait for up to an hour! They need to be more lenient on customers, more strict on staff, or both.

I’ve been coming here for many years now, always had an excellent experience. Appointments are prompt and you get seen incredibly quickly, whilst the staff are friendly and helpful.

I have found this place through a recommendation.i have already been few times and book rest of my family to come here .reception ladies are lovely and helpful .everything is positive about this place .the only negative comments I would make as a practice they are struggling to keep up with their appointment times .everytime I came I had to wait half hour !i appreciate emergency cases can happen but I think there is a bit room there to improve .

I have been a patients with Lichfield Dental care since it opened. I have found the admin staff consistently polite and helpful, even under pressure. The environment business like but welcoming and comfortable. My dental treatment is always explained to me in advance and carries out professionally and with great care and consideration.

I had what turned out to be a rather difficult tooth to pull on wednesday the 27th June at 11.20. I say the date and ti e in hope the correct dentust gets recognition as i was a little to wobbly to remember names. She made ne feel very comfortable. And did a proffesional job. And i am a pain in the ass in any type of nedical situation. Thankyou Guys dentist.

As I have a medical condition which means my gums and teeth are extremely sensitive and fragile, I was nervous about finding a decent dentist in this area as I've just moved here. Tried another one here and it was a disaster. Found Guy's. Thank goodness. Excellent clinically and I didn't have a breakdown having treatment. 👍 '

I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their kindness consideration and help in dealing with me as I help a close relative in difficulty. The staff on reception and the wonderful Doctor deserve every praise and support. They are all doing the very best for everyone.

I had registered successfully for appointments to be made online but when I tried it again this morning I found the website had been redesigned and despite my best efforts it would not allow me to access the appointments site.

As an ex senior nurse working in A&E and Critical care, I know what to look for as indicators of excellence in care. I have taken 2 people to the minor injuries unit, my neighbour, and a friend. More recently, I have had to attend the unit as a patient, with a nasty burn to my arm. I have given 5 stars because the care, courtesy, compassion and communication is fantastic! These over worked and under paid nurses, nursing assistants and reception staff have consistently been wonderful! OK, sometimes you have to wait for an hour.... Well so what! The treatment is first class. Thank you

Often went in for their eye appointment. Most of the time we get to seen on time but some days are very busy. The car park is quite small and often I have to drive around and wait before I get a space. Also the car park space itself is quite small and tight. Don't see parents parking. They do have disable parking on the front on the hospital. Now can pay car park by card.

One of my favourite Thai restaurants. The staff are very friendly and hopeful. The food is amazing and well priced. I would eat here everyday! The fish dishes are the best. Highly recommend this restaurant

Thai rainbow is a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. We went on a Sunday afternoon for a 60th birthday so the place wasn't full but we weren't made to feel watched over either. Service was great, the food was lovely and the price was a nice surprise. Overall a lovely place to go for Thai food in Lichfield.

I would highly recommend st Joseph’s RC school, all our four children have gone here, the level of teaching and nurturing is outstanding. A wonderful school, that makes everyone feel extremely welcome.

I have 2 children at this wonderful school. It provides a safe environment where young learners are encouraged to reach their full potential with the help of highly motivated teaching and support staff.
