Good place to get inexpensive outdoor clothing and boots. As it's often sale items finding a larger size can be tricky but even though it's their own brand item sizing does vary. (I tried a 16 that was too small and bought a 14 that fit perfectly) Good selection of camping and outdoor eating gear. Ground floor ladies, kids and outdoor. First floor men's wear As there is only one till point you may have to queue for a while, but the staff are friendly and the product quality is good.
Ordered and delivered Fleece jacket without problems at all. Happy with the product. Then the emails started. No obvious way to stop them. Looked at a few things and within an hour they emailed me with what I was looking at and did I want it. Disgraceful.

They sell a wide range of stuffs. It is quite pricey but if you are a member, you will get their discount voucher to use. I also love that they have other shops too like the works, pets shop etc. They do have a cafe with soft play area. It is more for young kids than other kids.
Staff are always welcoming and friendly good quality clothing not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I had a halfords car seat for my previous car and had a panic when trying to fit it in my new one. Popped down for some advice completely expecting to have to buy a new seat but the guy there could not have been more helpful. He came out and got my seat fitted in minutes. Thank you.

The shoes are really expensive, they sell baseball bats with one ball each they should sell refill packs for baseballs, other than that it's great, amazing customer service
Went to Sports Direct Lichfield this morning. Asked for help to buy some trainers for exercise. Was very impressed with the help from Katy, she had a lot of advise and knowledge for getting the appropriate ones and I was extremely pleased with my buy.
